While Bullets Fly
The son of the late Dr. H. Rocke Robertson has
just published a book entitled "While Bullets Fly"
which describes the work of the Second Canadian Field Surgical Unit in
World War II. Dr. Robertson was a well known surgeon, Head of
Surgery at Shaugnessy and VGH, founder and
first Head of the Surgical Department of the UBC Medical School, Rocke was its commander as it saw active service in Sicily and Italy.
